Sam Holden II

A native born Tennessean, Sam has lived in Middle Tennessee his entire life, except when in collegiate studies at the University of Mississippi. He has lived the past forty years in Nashville and Brentwood alone. His career has been in businesses of many types, but specializing in financing, pension and insurance services, with an accent on planning. In addition to that career he has been involved in the direction and planning of residential and commercial real estate in the Middle Tennessee area. He specialized in high-end residential work in the early 2000's. In addition to the careers previously stated, Sam owns and is President of the appraisal company, Pickle Road Appraisers, which assists those in need of identifying antiques of unknown value. He has appeared on NPT's Antiques Road Show, specializing in southern furniture. All of the above-named businesses and his life-long experience valuating and insuring a wide variety of heirloom goods and furniture complement each other in aiding business and individuals alike. Sam continues to live primarily in Nashville.
